Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union Announces 2nd Annual Community Day raised $27,000 supporting Niagara Hospice, Kenan Center, and Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue
Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that its 2nd Annual Community Day was an incredible success raising $27,000 for selected beneficiaries – Niagara Hospice, Kenan Center, and Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue. Each of the beneficiaries will receive $9,000 to further their individual missions.
The event was held on Saturday, August 24 at Kenan Center in Lockport. Cornerstone employees, 40 local vendors and community partners gathered with a shared goal – to raise funds for these deserving nonprofits. The event was well attended by the WNY Community.
2024 Community Day featured a vibrant lineup of food trucks, basket raffles, engaging games for all ages, local vendors showcasing their unique products and services, and non-profit booths highlighting their important work and contributions to the community.
