This morning, a system outage caused problems with our deposits and ACH affecting member accounts. Please note that Cornerstone CFCU takes this issue very seriously and we have taken the following steps:

  • We have worked with our outside vendor and the issues are now resolved.
  • We are also working with the vendor to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
  • We are reimbursing members for any NSF and/or late payment fees incurred during the outage period.

Please know that your member information remains safe and secure; the system outage did not result in a data breach or vulnerability.

Due to high call volumes, we are experiencing long wait times and phone line congestion. We ask for your patience as we work to respond to all member inquiries.
