Molly Mayers – Promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Lending
Molly began her career at Cornerstone in May 2011. Throughout her tenure, she has held several leadership roles in our Lending area that include Loan Officer, Indirect Lending Manager, and Director of Real Estate lending. Molly has consistently demonstrated her excellent project management skills through implementing strategic initiatives such as Instant Online Loan Approval, executing our Business Lending Program and Strategy, and spear headed Cornerstone’s participation in offering PPP Loans to support and keep our Business Members businesses up and running throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Molly also serves a Community Outreach and Diversity & Inclusion committee member and devotes much of her time volunteering throughout the Niagara County community.
LeeMarie Cushman – Promoted to Vice President, Director of Human Resources
LeeMarie has been with Cornerstone since January 2019. She has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources and received her PHR designation approximately ten years ago. Initially joining the Cornerstone Team to administer payroll & benefits, LeeMarie was quickly promoted to a leadership position, soon after, recognize with the promotion to Director of Human Resources. She is passionate about ensuring a positive culture and harmonious working relationships at Cornerstone and has executed several strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. LeeMarie also serves as co-chair of the Community Outreach and Diversity & Inclusion committee, helping to extend Cornerstone’s impact in the community.
Ashleah Canastraro – Promoted to Vice President, Director of Marketing
Ashleah joined the Cornerstone Team in October 2019 as the Director of Marketing. With over eleven years of experience working in the financial services industry, Ashleah has held multiple roles within sales and marketing capacity, primarily focusing on deepening customer/member relationships through product promotion, placement, and service. Ashleah has successfully developed and executed a creative, multi-channel marketing strategy that has significantly increased Cornerstone’s brand awareness and reputation throughout the Western New York communities along with several strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement. In addition, Ashleah oversees the organization’s Community Outreach and Diversity & Inclusion committee as well as the creation of Community Cornerstone in partnership with 106.5 WYRK that recognizes individual’s passion for the WNY community.
