What to do if you cannot make your Minimum Loan Payment at Cornerstone CFCU?
Timely communication with Cornerstone CFCU is the best course of action when working to resolve your current financial hardship. Call or meet with one of our Collection Officers at our Transit Road location and explain your current situation. We will do our best to work with you. The earlier you contact us the more we can help you.
If you have made a full payment for the past last three months and it’s not a new loan, we may be able to offer you an extension. If you are current on your loan payments, we may be able to offer you a Skip-A-Payment. (Other stipulations apply to both of these programs.)
