ATTENTION:
All items sold must meet the following qualifications. Please see below for specifics depending on your business.

FOOD PRODUCERS:
All food products must be 51% produced in NYS using locally sourced products as much as possible. Food products produced or sourced within Niagara and Erie counties will be favored before the remaining NYS counties.

All food products must come from a licensed NYS Department of Health facility. All goods must be pre-packaged in the home and properly labeled. Packaging of food items at an agricultural event (craft fair, farmers’ market, etc.) is not permitted. An Article 20C License from NYS Dept. of Agriculture & Markets is required if producing certain items. Vendors who have a Home Processor Exemption must have products approved by the market manager before the application will be approved.

CRAFTERS/ARTISANS:
Multi-level business vendors reselling products are not permitted. All products must be 51% made from local products OR 51% produced locally. 

WINERIES/BREWERIES/CIDERIES:
Employees who are providing samples, tastings, or selling their products at the market will make sure they are in compliance with NYS rules and regulations and have appropriate licensing during market hours.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The 2025 Vendor Fee is $50.00, or $20.00 + a raffle basket donation. Spaces are 10’x10′ each. Indoor spaces are limited and not guaranteed. Spaces with access to electricity are limited and not guaranteed. In signing the application, you agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and will uphold all requirements.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Up to one (1) table and two (2) chairs can be provided to each vendor by Cornerstone Community FCU/The Kenan Center upon request. Vendors must bring whatever else they need to conduct their business while fitting into their designated display space including tents and any additional tables/chairs.

ALERT:
