Erie County Fair
The Best 12 Days of Summer are back as the Erie County Fair returns to the Hamburg Fairgrounds August 12–23, 2026! As the second-largest fair in New York State and the fourth-largest county fair in North America, the Erie County Fair welcomes more than one million visitors each year for 12 days of exciting rides, live entertainment, delicious fair food, agricultural exhibits, competitions, and family fun.
Cornerstone is proud to be a sponsor of this year’s Erie County Fair, helping support one of Western New York’s most beloved summer traditions. We hope to see you there!
Mighty Niagara Half Marathon & Hospice Dash 5K
Join us for the Mighty Niagara Half Marathon & Hospice Dash 5K on Saturday October, 3, proudly presented by Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union! Whether you’re running the half marathon or participating in the 5K, you’ll enjoy beautiful Niagara County scenery while supporting Niagara Hospice and the compassionate care they provide to our community.
Community Donations
- Cornerstone Community Day 2025 – $20,000 raised for local nonprofits — We’re thrilled to present The Kenan Center and Every Person Influences Children (EPIC) with $7,500 each through our 3rd Annual Community Day, while also contributing $1,000 each to WNY Challenger Sports, Niagara County Victim Services, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Heart of Niagara Rescue, and the Cornerstone Community Impact Fund.
- Over the past three years, Cornerstone Community Day has raised more than $72,000 for local nonprofit organizations, reinforcing our commitment to strengthening the WNY communities we serve.
Cornerstone Arena
Cornerstone is proud to be the be the Arena Sponsor of the Cornerstone CFCU Arena! This fantastic ice rink is the perfect place for public skating, play hockey, and enjoy endless fun for all ages. Come skate with us and make lasting memories on the ice!

NYCUA Scholarship Program
Applications Were Due By January 17, 2025
We’re proud to support our local students through the NYCUA Credit Union Scholarship Program for 2025. If you’re a Cornerstone member and attending college in Fall 2025, you’re eligible to apply!

Holiday Toy Drive
Collecting through December 13
Bring a little extra joy to families this holiday season! Now through December 13, we’re accepting new, unwrapped toys at all our locations. Every donation will go to the Lockport Salvation Army, spreading holiday cheer to local families in need.
Donation Submissions
To fulfill our philanthropic goal of supporting area nonprofits, Cornerstone will consider all charitable donation requests that align with our core values and mission.
- All requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event.
- The online donation form must be filled out completely for your request to be considered.
- A member of the Marketing Team will respond to your request within 7 business days.
