Depending on operational demands, the Branch Champion Float will provide assistance and back up support to various areas and locations within the Credit Union. Provides Members with a full-service experience either face to face, by telephone or by video channels.

This position will work directly with the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in generating, analyzing and submitting reports that measure key financial indicators for senior management. This includes comparative interest rate analysis, financial trends, product performance, budget comparison and interpreting key financial statements.

Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for members/non-members. The successful candidate will negotiate checks, accept and disburse cash, process share deposits, share withdrawals, loan payments, VISA payments, money orders, gift cards, travel money cards and amusement park tickets. This is a frontline position and plays a fundamental role in achieving CCFCU’s Member Journey Experience goals. The regular hours for this position will be 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be needed to support operational needs but will not exceed 27 hours per week. Additionally, this position is part of the Saturday rotation schedule.
